BREATH AWARENESS: To develop breathing techniques that enhance well-being.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT: To help develop mind-body awareness, flexibility and strength.
COMMUNITY CONNECTION: To build trust, deepen relationships, and have fun!
CREATIVE EXPRESSION: To tap into creativity and gain confidence expressing innate talents, passions, and strengths.
RELAXATION: To strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce stress.
